Another day in May, another buncha birds. No first-of-year species on my early Beech Hill hike with Jack, but I did get a glimpse of one of two black-and-white warblers I heard singing. Also got a pretty good peek at a chipping sparrow, took a video of another singing towhee (medly coming soon), and surprised a turkey on the lower wooded trail.
I can so easily get lost in the woods—or utterly absorbed by them—on an early spring morning.
