The day started sunny but developed a hazy overcast. Had an early disappointment which left me despondent for a while, but I got over it. And Jack and I had a good late hike.

Warm breeze

Wednesday, July 29th, 2015
Turkey Vulture, from Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 29 July 2015.

Turkey Vulture.

Hot and humid day today. More possible thunderstorms in the forecast, so dog and I took an early hike again. So did quite a few other people—but the heat of a summer day is wrong for birding. Still, I got a look at a few. And got to feel a nice, warm breeze.
