A calm day. Pretty calm. Chilly, but not too bad. Mostly cloudy again. I realized today I haven’t gone out cycling once yet this year. But I hear the weekend’s supposed to be warm.
My hike with Jack today was nice. We were alone up there until the very end. No hawks, lots of little birds. Dozens of yellow-rumps.
Spotted a towhee, a junco, and a secretive White-Throated Sparrow scratching about in last year’s leaves.
A calm day, today was.
