Cool, slight breeze, clear, many birds around. Early on, a little bird flitted up into a tree above dog and me: a Black-throated Green Warbler. At the summit, families of bluebirds—juvies and adults—as well as families of Savannah Sparrows on the chimney of Beech Nut.
A hawk at the hill, a hawk above Route 1 later.
Signs of the seasons turning.
