Today might as well have been yesterday, weather ways. Oh, perhaps a bit cooler and foggier, but work was almost exactly the same, although Jack and I didn’t get to Beech Hill until fifteen minutes later than yesterday.
Really foggy up there. I didn’t have a lot of hope for a big bird list—less for any decent photos. But I ended up with a nice list, and a couple half-way decent photos. The highlight might’ve been the little alder flycatcher I snuck up on. If the light just hadn’t been quite so dim….
Cool enough to turn off the fans this evening, and close most of the windows. Summer is hot or cold around here.
