And So It Begins Again

Thursday, September 13th, 2018
Yellow-rumped Warbler, Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 13 September 2018.

Yellow-rumped Warbler.

Had a fun early hike this morning with dog. Calm, a little humid, not cold. Right away, I spotted a bunch of little songbirds flitting through the greenery—warblers, vireos, flycatchers. A little early fall migration action. Didn’t get great photos, but it was fun trying.

And so it begins again.

Note: Headed out west tomorrow for a few days. Hoping to have a post or two, but no guarantees!
