New Summit

Spotted Towhee, East Millcreek, Salt Lake City, Utah, 22 March 2020.
Spotted Towhee.

On something of a lark this morning, I decided to head up the high switchback up the high southern slope toward the summit overlooking Millcreek. It was a good climb. Jack enjoyed the new trail. At the top—maybe 1,000-feet up—we met a few others who’d ascended from the opposite side.

Flushed a Chukar up there. Had such fun, we might even do it again tomorrow.
