Supposed to snow today, so dog and I headed up a little early. Several birds around the trailhead—including a gang of Cassin’s Finches—but only a scrub-jay and a towhee up the mountain trails. Also a good-looking Mule Deer buck.
It did snow this midday into afternoon. A few inches, gently fallen.
