Harriers

Gray Ghost, Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 18 April 2018.

Gray Ghost.

On this damp and breezy morning, I spied on the hill two Northern Harriers—one of them a gray ghost (male). Also a pair of kinglets at the summit and a gang of vocal Song Sparrows.

Fun hike.
