Took a trip out west last weekend—first days I haven’t hiked Beech Hill in more than a year and a half. Totally worth it.
Back to the hill this morning. Led some middle-schoolers on a nature hike. Fun times. This Yellow-rumped Warbler was one of several we saw flitting through a little bayberry thicket, dining on the waxy berries.
