A mix of sun and clouds today. Temps in the 40s and beyond. A few sunshine showers late, but during my hike with dog, the trails were fast drying. Many good birds—including several towhees (one singing)—but no deer or elk on the mountainside.
However, two young mule deer spent about 45 minutes munching on grass and vines in my front yard.
