Chilly and damp this morning, cleared up after our hike. But Yellow-rumped Warblers were again the most common birds of the day—flitting among the little trees, dodging in and out of the bayberry, taunting me just out of reach of my camera lens.
Fall color is just beginning to infuse the landscape, meantime, and there was lovely light in the bay.
