Unlucky Cricket

Eastern Bluebird (with cricket), Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 13 June 2018.

Eastern Bluebird (with cricket).

A sunny, warm, fragrant, breezy, slightly humid morning. Dog and I walked alone among the flitting, furtive birds. Nesting going on everywhere, the gathering of food for young ’uns.

Got a photo of a bluebird and an unlucky cricket.
