Overcast and right about freezing. The wind picked up ahead of what was supposed to be some kind of snow or rainstorm that should last through tomorrow. Jack’s friend Boone is here for a while, but those two napped while I worked—until I took a peek at the weather radar and saw precipitation approaching. So we high-tailed it to Beech Hill.
Those two boys can really pull, but I didn’t fall down. The trail was snowy, slippery. Robins and chickadees and crows. It was a quick trip—no precip yet—up and down.
Tonight, though, the snow began, and it’s still whipping around out there. I wonder if it’l change to rain.
