If yesterday was Monarch day, today was for Autumn Meadowhawks. Saw quite a few of the little dragonflies at the summit this morning. Also notable: heard a Snow Bunting fly over. [Note: on first hearing these species each year, I seem invariably to confuse the flight calls of Snow Buntings and Horned Larks.]
Took an afternoon hike also. The crows seem to be gathering for their annual convention.
