Exercise

Black-capped Chickadee, East Millcreek, Salt Lake City, Utah, 20 December 2019.
Black-capped Chickadee.

By late morning, when dog and I took off for our hike, the day had grown rather mild—upper 30s (F), at least. A lot nippier in the shade, but even warmer out of it. Hazy sun, a bit of an inversion, couple napping deer, quite a few birds (although few posed for photos).

Jack and I a nice visit with a friend and his dog.

Got some exercise.

Bird Report is a (sometimes intermittent) record of the birds I encounter while hiking, see while driving, or spy outside my window. —Brian Willson
