Long-tailed Duck (male, non-breeding plumage).

Hiked the hill in morning. Warmer, slight breeze, still a lot of snow cover. Eight species, no great photos.

This breezy, warmish afternoon dog and I took to the breakwater. A few extra species out there—including a handsome male Long-tailed Duck.
