Chilly and gray. Raw. Bare. Mid-November.
Quick hike up and down the hill with Jack. We encountered one other solo hiker. We also encountered a surprise cardinal and a whole mess of robins in flight all over the place. None sat still enough to photograph.
The big news today: I counted ten species in the back yard at home this morning within about a half-hour’s time. Turns out residential Camden is a pretty good place for birds.
