A hint of sun

The bay today, Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 17 March 2016.

The bay today.

Kind of drippy early, temps in the 40s (F), a bit of partial clearing later, about the time I went out with dog.

Nobody at Beech Hill when we got there. Heard a bunch of birds, only saw a solitary crow. Inland, there were thundershowers—even some hail, I hear. Here just a lovely sky, a hint of sun, some drizzle after nightfall.

Bird Report is a (sometimes intermittent) record of the birds I encounter while hiking, see while driving, or spy outside my window. —Brian Willson
