Last early morning of the week. Not too cold—lovely sunrise. Clear in early afternoon when dog and I took our Beech Hill hike. Fewer birds around this winter than usual, seems like, but I did see a high-flying hawk.
Sudden snow for a time this afternoon.
There’s an old converted church building on Pascal Avenue in Rockport whose high, small roof is loved by pigeons. I only noticed this the other day. Today they were crowded together up there.
Tonight is colder and really, really windy. Sunday it’s supposed to rain.
