
Another mild, overcast day, with a little light rain in the fringes. Slippery trail, but I managed not to fall down. Spotted deer, starlings, robins, and a low-flying eagle.
Later, back at home, a little gang of quail scurried across the driveway. First quail I’ve seen in a month or two (although I’ve heard ’em).
Winter’s been warm so far.
