First Fog

Yesterday I posted a photo of a junco. Today I post another—and I think the difference is obvious. Thick fog today for the first time since I moved to Salt Lake City. Was kind of cool.

Not many bird species to report, though. Everybody was kind of hunkered down.

Beginning at 10:30 a.m., I hiked a few hundred feet up the mountain.
