Chickadees and Robins

Sunday, March 18th, 2018
Black-capped Chickadee, Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 18 March 2018.

Black-capped Chickadee.

This one was a chickadees-and-robins sort of day. Sunny—no, cloudless. Chilly and breezy. Only about 10 degrees (F) when dog and I set out for our daily hike this morning. Saw/heard multiple chickadees poking about in the branches, and even greater numbers of robins in the sumac and bayberry.

American Robin, Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 18 March 2018.

American Robin.

G0tta say there’s worse things than a chickadees-and-robins sort of day.
