Black-capped Chickadee.

Another busy day of unpacking. Another quick walk up and down Beech Hill—but an overcast, chilly, windy one today. The three Snow Buntings from the past couple days had gone.

Owls Head Light.

Still some nice fall scenery, although a big blast of wind and rain is supposed to come through overnight and tomorrow, stripping the trees of much of the late-October foliage.

I like a good wind-and-rainstorm. I’m interested in seeing how the little stream behind my new place fills up and flows.
