Crow on the spruce

Friday, March 15th, 2013
American crow, Beech Hill, Rockport, Maine, 15 March 2013.

American crow.

What a busy day. A busy sunny day. A busy, sunny chilly day. Rushed around until 5, when Jack and I pulled into the Beech Hill parking lot. Finally. And then the day became pleasant and leisurely, afternoon-sunny, bracingly chilly. And atop the summit, on the tip of the tallest spruce, sat a crow.
