Big blow

Sunday, January 10th, 2016
Layered, Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 10 January 2015.

Layered.

A warm, drizzly morning with a little wind whipping around. Dog and I took a hike in mid-morning, considering the big blow that was supposed to arrive later in the day. No harrier, but several other species—and lot of mud.

Back home, desk, work, rising wind, sudden rain.

Tonight, sure enough, we had a big blow.
