Snow

Monday, November 25th, 2019
Rock Pigeons, East Millcreek, Salt Lake City, Utah, 25 November 2019.
Rock Pigeons.

Interesting day. Was supposed to snow—and it did, but not before Jack and I had just begun our morning hike. Big flakes, falling gently, piling up over time. Only an inch or so by the time we returned home, but a good four inches by nightfall.

Few birds about on the trail—saw one, heard two. More in town, but they were also laying low on account of the first real snow.

(Should have a foot by week’s end.)
