Christmas Ornaments

Tuesday, December 25th, 2018
Cedar Waxwing, Rockport, Maine, 25 December 2018.

Cedar Waxwing.

A brisk and nippy Christmas hike this morning. Only three bird species at the hill—the most curious being a solitary, calling female Pine Grosbeak—but a flurry of backyard birds, including a little flock of waxwings dining on berries.
