A long Monday. Cold but mostly sunny. Not until the end of it did Jack and I make it up to Beech Hill, where it was cold and wind-swept. Got a glimpse of a robin down the southern slope, glimpsed a tiny brown creeper in flight—and that’s about all I’ve got to report.
