Wintry

Wednesday, March 5th, 2014
The summit, Beech Hill Preserve, Rockport, Maine, 05 March 2014.

The summit.

No birds at Beech Hill today. Most noteworthy sighting: a couple of Eastern Bluebirds perched on a powerline on Route 1 near my place.

Below-zero (F) temps forecast for tonight. It is winter, after all, I guess.

Beech Hill List
Beginning at 2:15 p.m., I hiked the open trail.

I neither saw nor heard any birds on the hill today.

Elsewhere

1. American Crow
2. Eastern Bluebird
3. Herring Gull
4. Rock Pigeon
