Big dip in the temperature overnight. Twenties (F) this morning, bright sun, frosty landscape. Out back first thing I discovered a little flock of White-throated Sparrows and a couple of titmice browsing in the winter shrubbery.
On the hill, lovely scenery but only a few bird species—including, I’m happy to report, a little flock of bluebirds.
