I spent most of this day working inside as outside it was snowing. Not heavily, but windily, and a little driftily. The entire day, really, other than about forty-five minutes at Beech Hill with dog.

No birds up there—but I did see (and hear) a pair of ravens fly over my place in the snow, eastbound, croaking.

Beech Hill List
Beginning at 5 p.m., I hiked the open trail.

No birds seen or heard on the hill today.
