Jonesin’

Thursday, March 7th, 2013
Grass, Beech Hill, Rockport, Maine, 07 March 2013.

Grass.

Busy day. Windy day—second in a row, but perhaps even windier than yesterday. Colder, too, judging by the slick ice on the Beech Hill trail this afternoon. No living thing up there but me and Jack today, but I did catch sight of a swarm of herring gulls circling down over Route 1.

Kind of jonesin’ for some sunshine. Seems we might get some this weekend finally.

Beech Hill List
Beginning at 4:15 p.m., I hiked the open trail.
